Steven Harper is responsible for ensuring the vision of our company is adhered to and that our mission is accomplished day in and day out. He has over 20 years of managerial and executive experience with Fortune 500 companies, including FedEx, Disney, Boeing and Gateway. He has been responsible for leading significant business units and elevating their performance and execution prior to founding Spectrum. He has brought that same Fortune 500 leadership, knowledge and experience of how to provide superior, consistent service to Spectrum. He also possesses a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from Cal State Long Beach and an MBA from UCLA.

I want to create a company that I would want to work for myself. A company that provides exceptional value in the marketplace that worked with customers who appreciate that value.
